Please note that we can only activate SIM cards we have supplied

Normal Activation takes up to two business days but is often faster.

If you need to the activation faster check your email for instructions to upgrade processing.

Your new phone number will be emailed to you once the process is complete

Long number starting 89 printed in the SIM card itself, or the SIM shell
​SIM number may be printed on the other side of the SIM.

Look out for an email ! - Your phone number will be emailed once the activation is completed

I understand that activations can take up to two business days to be completed. I will be emailed the satellite phone number when this process has been completed.


Please note that upon requesting activation of your prepaid airtime you are agreeing that we can start providing your network services before the end of the usual statutory cancellation period and that by doing so you lose your right to cancel your purchase or request a refund. As a result, please check that you have ordered the correct airtime for your handset or terminal.


This does not affect your statutory rights.
